Woman arrested for falsely reporting abuse of grandchildren in Canton
A Moira woman has been arrested for allegedly calling the New York State Child Abuse Hotline and falsely reporting neglect and mistreatment of her grandchildren, according to St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies.
