Social services worker, child killed in Pickens County accident

A Seneca woman and a Pickens girl were the two people killed in an accident in Pickens County, authorities said Saturday.

    This was my daughter that was killed and my 2 sons received great bodily injury. My children were in DSS custody under false pretenses. I have not yet went public with my story. My children should have never been in this car.
