Yes, it is only natural, that Social Workers,are having a large caseload. Care Proceedings have increased by 75%,within one London Borough,and the situation, will only get worse, all due to their own failings, with reference to the tragic events in Haringey,and Doncaster,failing to protect vulnerable Children. There is also a backlog of Cases within the Family Courts, due to Shortage of Guardians,which is having a roller coaster effect. MORE CARE PROCEEDINGS, NEEDING MORE GUARDIANS, basic common sense really, something some Social Workers, have not got.
