NEW DETAILS Foster mother sentenced for manslaughter
It's likely we haven't heard the last of the case involving the tragic death of a three-year-old boy.
A Foster Mom convicted of the manslaughter in the death of the toddler in her care two-and-a-half years ago is heading to prison for two years and 10 months. And, after the sentence was handed down Thursday in Court of Queen's Bench, many are questioning the justice of the sentence.
In January, a jury found the 34-year-old woman guilty in the death of the boy. He died of head trauma in January of 2007.
Note: 2 years and 10 months? Any real parent would have gotten life.

The 34-year-old nurse, who cannot be identified, was convicted in November of manslaughter in the death of the boy, who also cannot be identified.

I too wish I knew who this piece-of-shit foster-slob is... and, the identity of this child killer is only protected in that province, that stupid law does not apply to other provinces or elsewhere.
