Thanks for posting this. I still think she should sue the county. They only have limited immunity. They did not treat her as innocent until proven guilty.

  2. Another tragedy, after Doctors have given conflicting Medical Evidence in the Court arena.
Not only, as she experienced a miscarriage of Justice, but the allegation, will remain on file, preventing this Lady, ever working with Children, and young people, a gross violation of Human Rights.
Within the UK, there could be as many as 17000 people registered.
In some cases of alleged Child Abuse, the CPS,and Police, decide to take no action, due to lack of evidence, Social Services, more often than not decide to instigate Care Proceedings, in other cases, they may decide to take no action, but as the former, the allegation remains on a Criminal Records Bureau file.
PAIN, have taken this concern to Parliament, Shadow Justice Minister David Burrowes, has taken on our cause.

  3. Oh, I am quite sure she will be fine. Everyone must keep in mind that a child has until the age of 18 to bring forth his own case, and she has 2 kids! (hehehe)
