A settlement has been reached in the lawsuit brought against the state Division of Children, Youth and Families over a "horrific" case of parental child sex abuse - and a judge has sealed the documents.
The settlement agreement, if approved by the court, would resolve all claims against all the parties, according to those familiar with the case.
