Woman loses lawsuit against DHHS
A federal court judge has ruled against a former state employee in her lawsuit against the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services that alleged her former employer put her in an “untenable position” by forcing her to choose between breast-feeding her child and retaining her job.
