Dad not guilty of child abuse for admitting to cursing in front of son, N.J. Supreme Court rules

Dad not guilty of child abuse for admitting to cursing in front of son, N.J. Supreme Court rules

Note: The headline says "Dad" and "son."  This is a misstatement.  The correct lables should be "foster dad" and "foster son."

The state Supreme Court has ruled that a Morris County man cannot be found guilty of child abuse under an obscure New Jersey law simply because he admitted to cursing and using "off-color language" in front of his foster son.
