State Health and Human Services managers are in hot water. They're accused of failing to aggressively respond to reports of possible child abuse at day care centers. Today, the state's Government Oversight Committee voted unanimously to investigate the Department of Health and Human Services' "Child Care Licensing Division".
Note: There is no money in shutting down daycare's.
