Social worker dismisses theft claims as 'lies'

Nompumelelo Kila (41), the chief social worker who allegedly stole more than R150 000 earmarked for orphaned and vulnerable children, has testified in the Port Elizabeth Regional Court that her co-accused had lied about her stealing the money, says a report in The Herald.
