DHS worker won't testify about mandatory reporting case
A Department of Human Services child protection worker expected to testify about statements Susan Freeman-Murdah made to her about allegations of child sexual abuse at the Broadway Neighborhood Center said she could not discuss her investigation without being ordered to do so by a judge.
