Emergency child custody hearings too disruptive, Juvenile Court says; judges may stop taking calls

I have yet too see any one yet to address what I be leave to be the real issue here!
the problem is the whole system of Family and children services. One The whole system is unconstitutional ! the issue that Family and children services are found to be fraudulent and criminal in most cases! The concept of child protection services is out dated and so incompetent that national organizations have found that sense 1974 they have made zero and I mean no due impact in the statistics for child abuse! NCCPR.com reported that children are 11 time more likely to be abused sexually in foster care then in there own home! Bill Bowen documentary "innocents destroyed " that near 100o children die or are physically or sexually abused a day in national foster care! more then 500,000 children are in foster care around the nation 40% are African American, that due to title 4 , their is literally a federal bounty on children to be removed and adopted out!
with a system that is so corrupted and so unconstitutional and literally leather for children , what is in the best interest of the child? if there was a bureaucratically system where adults went into and 11 in 100 of them would be raped , 2 in five well end up homeless and 3 in 5 in prison before there 24! and we will not even begin to address the national level of drugs pushed on foster children, and all this starts with family and children services!
would we not close that system down and try a new system?
