Maine Governor Paul LePage Uses Domestic Violence For Martial Law Measures
On January 24, 2012 Maine Governor Paul LePage delivered his 1st State of the State Address where he expressed his views of men, domestic violence, and support for new laws and a new system of punishment independent of proving guilt through a court trial.
