I have been critical of the child welfare system in the past but I am pleased to see that someone has acted to remove this child from the situation he was in. The article is silent as to what has happened since October however I hope that he is being cared for by in a normal relationship with a male and a female carer or foster parents.
Legally kidnapped is a nonsense term as kidnapping is an illegal act by definition. This child was legally removed from a position of danger; not kidnapped.
