Gay couples encouraged to foster children in Leeds

Note: They British Child Welfare Agents have stolen so many kids, that they are now forced to look for new markets to house them and adopt them out to. Of course, they could try working with some of the real families so that they can be better able to provide safe and loving homes, but who am I to suggest such a thing? Perhaps it's just better to keep lowering their standards for foster homes.
