With too many Latino kids in foster care, a state assemblyman searches for answers at an East San Jose church

Worried about the large number of Latino children taken away from parents and placed in California foster care, a host of state politicians Friday took over a church hall once occupied by farm worker leader Cesar Chavez to hear answers to the problem.
