Jefferson County social service workers buckling under overwhelming workloads

Working conditions for state social service employees have become so unbearable that workers are breaking down on the job, suffering health problems and, in some cases, quitting, according to social workers in Jefferson County.

Note: Perhaps some can no longer live with the personal guilt of stealing children either. Of course the article doesn't mention that.
