The foster mother successfully had all communication terminated within 6 weeks of their placement. I haven't seen them in 18 months, and the papers I've seen indicate they have been regressing since their placement. Currently, their case is being looked into by the state deputy commissioner. I'm preparing to go public. Any thoughts?
