Boy charged after head-butting a caseworker
A 15-year-old South Lebanon Township boy was charged with aggravated assault after he head-butted a male Lebanon County Children & Youth caseworker while they were traveling in a van at Route 322 and Butler Road in West Cornwall Township at 2:37 p.m. Jan. 13, police said.
