13 Year-Old Kid Arrested for Burping in P.E. Class

A kid’s life has basically been changed forever in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where in May, a 13 year-old boy was arrested for disrupting his P.E. class by belching. The officer, who apparently has no measurable sense of humor or irony, handcuffed the kid and sent him to juvenile detention without notifying his parents, who just filed a lawsuit against the school’s principle, the officer, and the teacher.
