Wife's suspicions lead to false alarm
Scotland Yard says a suspicious device placed in a man's car that caused them to summon the bomb squad and close a number of streets was put there by his wife in an apparent effort to track his whereabouts.
Note: This, apparently was not in light of the Penn State Scandal.
