New Jorge and Carmen Barahona documents describe children as 'dirty' and 'hungry' at school
More than a dozen sworn statements are in nearly five hundred pages released in the case against Carmen and Jorge Barahona. 482 pages may not enough to tell the full story leading up to the death of Nubia Barahona, 11, and the near death of her twin brother, Victor. The children's adoptive parents have been charged with first degree murder and child abuse. Both have pleaded not guilty.
