Foster Family Questions State's Child Welfare Successes
An Indianapolis foster family is questioning the progress being touted by Indiana child welfare leaders in the face of federal statistics that show Indiana has one of the highest rates of child abuse and neglect in the nation.
Note: They're afraid of loosing their meal ticket.
