STANDARDS OF PRACTICE FOR ATTORNEYS WHO REPRESENT PARENTS IN CHILD PROTECTIVE CASES

This Chapter establishes standards of practice for Commission assigned counsel providing
representation to parents in child protective proceedings. Theses standards are intended to guide assigned counsel in the conduct of their representation and for use by the Commission in evaluating, supervising and training assigned counsel.
