The reason this is happening in our country is that blacks are the only people here with civil rights backed by local and federal law enforcement. No agency wants to attract public attention to what they are really doing to poor american families.Anyone reading this should be afraid of these state run agencies, it could very well happen to you. I know from personal experience.
