Suisun foster child death suspect granted bail
After spending nearly ten months behind bars awaiting a preliminary hearing into allegations of homicide and child abuse related to the death of a toddler, a Suisun City foster parent entered Solano County Superior Court on Thursday from a public entrance instead of a jail holding cell.
