New trial ordered in Oklahoma for former foster parent
An Okmulgee County assistant district attorney should have been disqualified from prosecuting the case because she earlier represented the man in his attempt to adopt the girl he was accused of sexually abusing, the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals rules.
