And here she is at the earliest stages of her career warehousing stolen children, you know that time that just seems like forever between officially becoming a licensed foster contractor and the time when the call actually comes in.

See, the problem I have with this is that all of these people are sitting around in desperate anticipation, waiting for the phone to ring, hoping and praying for some poor kid to get abused, stolen and placed into their home to be a part of their family. This is not about helping children in need, it's about building their families with your children.
