Biological father of burned toddler speaks out, foster mom bonds out
On September 16th, KPLC reported a story about a 2 year old child who had suffered 3rd degree and 2nd degree burns on his feet and legs. The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office arrested the child's foster mom, Lan Le, on one count of 2nd degree cruelty and one count cruelty.
