Waxahachie | Foster Mom Caught Lying in Bizarre CPS, Child Custody Case
Should babysitters be able to win a legal title to your child by claiming significant relationship? One judge is apparently considering it. Child Protective Services and LaDonna Garrett, a foster mother, have been caught lying (no surprise) in a child custody case that originated in Ellis County Court at Law No. 1 last year, but was transferred to Tarrant County (324th District Court Judge Jerome S. Hennigan‘s court.)
