I sincerely hope this foster mother gets life. She claims the child killed himself by bashing his own head on the toilet. If the judge believes this, then this country is in serious trouble. Too many of our wee ones taken out of good homes are abused in our corrupt foster care system and our courts simply don't care. what's the sense in having laws if our own justice stystem ignores them.
