Someone once asked me what I would do if I were an administrator of a child protective services agency. Here's what I came up with.

Note: I'm sure lots of us would have come up with something different, like prosecute the crooks to the fullest extent of the law, but some system sucks still view them as heroes. They're the ones who get published for some reason.
