Foster Parent Sex Charges

Dalton police have charged a foster parent with sex charges. investigators say the victim is a foster daughter living in his home. 46-year old mark edward anthony faces charges of statutory rape and aggravated child molestation. police say the incidents happened over several months late last year. the department was called to remove children from the residence in february .. and the investigation has been underway since then. anthony was arrested on tuesday and denied bond.
