In this case CPS = Crown Prosecution Service. The UK's equivalent to the DA.

Women and children who it is suspected have been trafficked into the UK should no longer be treated as criminals, according to new guidance to prosecutors issued by the Crown Prosecution Service.
How nice of them eh?

this is horrible, so no punishment for people who treat women and children as if they are things and not people just because the trafficker is in love with easy money, full of lust, lazy, an abuser. whats the crime of the women and children being born female or a child like even the trafficker once was. God what is this world coming too. I shouldn't be surprised after all that is why they are sending the children out of the country to be adopted once they have no parents no one can find em so no one will be punished and they can taffick them everywhere with pass ports. This is wy I needed to have my grandaughters body back when she was supposibly murdered in mexico I needed to know she wasn't just another trafficked human sold on the market to put money in the hands of CPS
