Children and Families commissioner criticizes family court for handling of Christiana Glenn case
Essex County family court officials and a court-appointed psychologist should have reported allegations of "possible physical abuse" disclosed to them two years ago by an Irvington girl allegedly killed by her mother in May, state Children and Families Commissioner Allison Blake said today.
