Alleged sex abuse victims to file civil lawsuit against foster care placement agency
An attorney for two male juvenile victims who allege they were sexually abused while living in a Mardela Springs foster home will file civil lawsuits against the private foster care placement agency tomorrow, according to a statement released by their attorney Tuesday afternoon.
