  1. MY THOUGHTS

Surely the book should start at the top, with reference to Management, as in the Director of Childrens Services, for failing to oversee the case management of their Social Workers.

These individuals are payed large salaries, to ensure that Services are of acceptable practice.

They may never find out who were responsible for these failings, so again incompetence and shoddy practice has been overlooked, and those responsible not made accountable for poor performance.

The County Councilor who made a statement about this subject, should get of his backside and look into how and why these failings were allowed to happen, UNDER THE CLAUSE OF CORPORATE PARENT HE HAS A DUTY TO LOOK INTO THIS VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM-QUITE POSSIBLY HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE CORPORATE PARENT CLAUSE RELATING TO HIS JOB.

  2. @ alisonegypt: more advertising for your self serving cause. It seems you have now reappeared. Bad news. PAIN is a Government agency! Setting up many parents to fail. It needs to be said, hopefully saving on parent or child.

  3. lastly they do understand the corporate parent clause, they just do not care and now parents have had enough. 'Do not understand, unclear or mistaken', the words certain professionals use to bury the corruption. they understand all right, the are trained in the field they practice. These people are graduates and post graduates.
