Paperwork is swamping child protection workers
CHILD protection workers are drowning in legal paperwork, according to a report prepared by the Department of Human Services.
Note: This is actually good news because the more time they have to spend dotting their i's and crossing their t's, the less time they have to spend with f****** with families.
