County's child welfare operation gets a $3.7 million boost
El Paso County has the dubious distinction of receiving more reports of child abuse and neglect than any other county in Colorado, but its annual child welfare allocation from the state hasn’t reflected it.
Note: And all I ask for is $1 Million dollars get dropped into my paypal account so that I can quit my job and work to expose these frauds for the rest of my life.
