Wives threaten husbands to win custody of children
May 14: A recent trend in divorce cases to win custody of children is not only breaking up families but also destroying father-children relationship irretrievably. Going by this trend, lawyers observe that to intimidate husbands from seeking legal custody of children, wives, under the misguidance of advocates, are threatening to invoke section 354 of the IPC by alleging that the husband had tried to physically abuse their child, especially girl child.
