Who would be a social worker?

There is a national shortage of social workers, with 10% of posts unfilled and both recruitment and retention causing problems.

Note: Some social workers see the job for what it is. Then they move on to bigger and better things. Others sell their souls to the child protective industry. The latter preferred.
