Ratzinger was the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, and it is qouted on wikipedia that "While bishops hold the secrecy pertained only internally, and did not preclude investigation by civil law enforcement, the letter was often seen as promoting a coverup.[22] The Pope was accused in a lawsuit of conspiring to cover up the molestation of three boys in Texas, but sought and obtained diplomatic immunity from prosecution." He masterminded the current catholic cover-up of child rape system as we know it today. The great Inquisition gave us the greatest minds to maneuver justice. Their allegiance is to Rome, not America. There have been millions of child / homosexual rapes of children for centuries. This will NEVER end, as seen in his latest letter. Catholic orphanages are notorious for crimes against children.
