  1. MY THOUGHTS
i really am astounded at what the Local Authority's say after another tragic death,of a 12 year old that they failed to protect.

The same sentiments every time there is a Local Authority failure , leading to a child death, which requires a serious case review, we will learn from our mistakes.

Serious case reviews, Public inquiry's costing millions of pounds at the tax payers expense.

The excuses made ,missed opportunities, how many of the former do they need? over 60 in the case of Baby Peter.

Hopefully The leader of Salford Council, Cllr. John Merry, will put his voice into action, and pursue his responsibilities under the clause of Corporate Parent, and oversee the recommendations made from this serious case review.
