Council sent teenager's data to wrong family

Somerset County Council has broken data laws after it sent sensitive personal information on a teenager's medical and behavioural history to the wrong family, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has found.

Wow a Local Authority that abides by section7 of the data protection act 1998, to supply parents With their Social Services file, within the allocated 40 days compliance time.
Disaster files are sent to the wrong person.
Yes more training indeed,in some cases Parents are being denied their files by the LA.
Hopefully improvements will occur?
