After 21 Years, Woman Meets Birth Mom

There were hugs and tears inside a metro Detroit adoption agency as a woman met the daughter she gave up for adoption more than 20 years ago. That woman said she wanted a better life for her child, so she made the painful choice to let her go. Wednesday, the two were reunited with the help of the agency that handled the adoption.
