4 Year Old Dies in Foster Care
Another young life has ended in Peoria, Illinois, as Kianna Rudesill died at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center after being helicoptered there for treatment. “DCFS is investigating allegations of abuse and neglect by the foster mother and neglect by the foster father” says the hospital spokesman.
