Some of the world's pre-eminent brain scientists will attempt this year to measure the effects of abuse and neglect on the minds of Washington children in foster care.
Notice the comments at the end of the story. The foster-adopt mother can't wait to have her children experimented on. She never questions if they will be exposed to radiation or has any concerns about the affects of the testing on the children. Aren't we glad these children are now protected.
