Statewide adoption racket thrives on rising demand
Adoption can be a blessing for the child and the adoptive parents. But there is a thriving racket that snatch babies to cater to the demand. And police officials say the racket is booming because of the absence of strict regulations and the resources to implement the laws.
It's thriving here too! Ours is even more insidious because it's legally protected and everyone is making money even the adopters.
