Philadelphia coddles kids with condoms, not parents
Due to markedly higher rates of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in urban areas, particularly in young children, the City of Brotherly Love feels inclined to lower STDs rates among kids with their new “educational” program. The program includes booklets, that not only teaches what STDS are and may or may not be read, but also provides free condoms available at centers, or by mail to people 11 to 19 years of age.
