State Sen. Martin Golden: Having Child Protective Caseworkers Take Pictures Could Prevent Tragedies
Brooklyn state Sen. Martin Golden announced legislation this morning that he hopes will prevent another case like that of four-year-old Marchella Pierce, the little girl who was found beaten and starved to death in the city last year.
